Ship Tracking
Click on the image above to see route the ship carrying the 1000 dolls took from China to the UK. During the first 4 weeks of the exhibition, this map was displayed in a shipping container, showing the live position of the ship. The ship has now arrived in the UK, in Felixstowe, and the New Constitution was carried by road up to Liverpool on Tuesday 21st October 2008. Programming by Hamilton Gross.

Welcome to Mr Democracy, the story of a British artist who set off to get a written constitution for the UK made.
Understanding the changing balance of power in the world, and with a nod to Britain’s ‘democratic’ ventures across the world, he chose to get it written in China, and ship it back to the UK.
